Following the death of a family member, we utilised the intermediary services offered by Gateway Grant whilst we arranged a separate funeral directing service for at the request of other family

I have to say, I was so blown away by how kind and helpful they were. With ultimately no gain for themselves, they responded within 2 hours for transfer purposes, collated all the documentation and forwarded it on promptly to the incoming service provider.

They were easily contacted, absolutely lovely on all interactions, highly responsive and above all else: shockingly effective and efficient. They really made the first 24 hours easier for us.

It was the family’s ultimate decision to utilise existing contacts for the services that followed but I have kept this number and this service in mind for future reference. Thank you everyone - especially Judy at reception
