Our family used Gateway Funerals for my brother Shannon’s service and we couldn’t be more grateful for how they looked after us.

From the first conversation right through to the day of the service, they were kind, patient and very easy to deal with. During a really difficult time they helped guide us through everything and took a lot of the stress off our shoulders.

Following the death of a family member, we utilised the intermediary services offered by Gateway Grant whilst we arranged a separate funeral directing service for at the request of other family

I have to say, I was so blown away by how kind and helpful they were. With ultimately no gain for themselves, they responded within 2 hours for transfer purposes, collated all the documentation and forwarded it on promptly to the incoming service provider.

They were easily contacted, absolutely lovely on all interactions, highly responsive and above all else: shockingly effective and efficient. They really made the first 24 hours easier for us.
